Stephen MeaselleI am using my LAS degree rather directly. I work for Andersen's Latin America regional management office which is housed in Miami. The work has drawn on my knowledge of the area, its history, politics, economics, and most importantly, its culture. Work has given me the opportunity to return to Latin America on various projects and make new friendships. I am very happy with selecting a multi-disciplinary study like LAS. Understanding the processes and systems that operate within a region is excellent knowledge, but perhaps even more beneficial in that as a student you begin to understand how the various complex systems affect each other giving you a more accurate perception of reality.
