| Printing checkin cards is my most important concern when we no longer have
a printer like the system printer and have to use laser printers. At this
point, if I use a laser printer to print a checkin card (using word) I
have to spend a long time editing the document before I can print it so
that it is legible. |

| Printing claims is another function that we used to do with the system
printing using those blue and white forms. I now have to claim through
e-mail which can some times be very involved transfering the information
from III to a document or e-mail. Is there some way we can print claims
that will fit on
8 1/2 X11 paper because III has a program that just prints the claims.
But it doesn't fit of regular paper.
