2. Feedback

Members of the workgroup received informal comments from 10 attendees, in verbal and email forms. Consensus was positive: the session got "wheels turning" and helped individuals see their jobs in a new light. One person liked the interactive exercise, thought the formal commentary/slide part was less effective.

One person liked the list-of-goals exercise but did not think the lists shouls be posted to the intranet as they are rough.

The workgroup discussed this issue and decided to stay with the post to intranet plan, flagging the lists as "works in progress."] Several people came forward with ideas for future staff sessions e.g. one focusing on copyright issues, one focusing on lists/data transfer from III. As always the workgroup welcomes participation by anyone interested in making the Library staff environment the most healthy, enjoyable and productive that it can be.
