• The LRC computer lab functions as a classroom with 12 Macintosh workstations and 1 teacher's station. The teacher's station is connected to a digital projector and presentation stand that includes display capabilities for workstation computer, VCR (multistandard), DVD, Cable TV, and laptop. Language faculty can reserve the classroom in advance by contacting the LRC director. The LRC is located in Lovejoy 404/406.

  • The LRC hosts numerous small video projects over the course of the academic year. All of the public workstations in the LRC are configured to support different video editing softwares. Any faculty member planning large-scale video projects as a core part of an upcoming course must contact the LRC Director at least one semester prior to the course offering. Outside of classes, any Colby student can use the LRC for video editing projects. All lab monitors can help with getting started and troubleshooting.
