Force Eject a Stuck CD
If you have tried all the methods such as dragging the CD icon to the trash can, or press the eject button on the keyboard. None of them worked. Please try ONE of the following solutions. 1. Start Itunes, go to "Control"--"Eject Disc"2. Shut down the computer and start up while holding down the mouse button. Keep your finger on the mouse button until the disc comes out.3. If you are using the older version of the Mac, it might have a small hole right next to the CD-rom, use a paperclip's tip to poke the hole and eject the CD manually.
