On Sunday, April 27, 2008 Michael F. Cannon and Dr. Hugh Waters debate on the topic of health care reform in the United States. Cannon is the Cato Institute's  director of health studies and a former adviser to the Repuliban's in the U.S. Senate. His works include numerous articles published in newspapers a journals, and most recently he is the co-author of the book "Healthy Competition: What is Holding Back Health Care and How to Free It" Dr. Waters is an associate professor of International Health Development at Johns Hopkins' Bloomberg School of Public Health. His work includes extensive research in the fields of tobacco health issues and health economics.
