Elizabeth Turnbull Henry is Sr. Manager for Energy & Environment at Adidas Group. In this role, she builds the business case for energy efficiency and sustainability investments in owned and leased facilities. She has a track record of implementing successful, cost-saving carbon reduction projects in offices, retail stores, distribution centers and datacenters. She is also responsible for ‘greening’ new buildings and is a strong advocate for lifecycle cost modeling for new construction.

Elizabeth manages the greenENERGY Fund, adidas’ carbon venture capital fund. In 2013, she will invest $2M in energy efficiency and distributed energy projects across adidas’ global properties. greenENERGY has a minimum annual return target of 20% across the portfolio.

Prior to adidas Group, she consulted to the US Department of Energy and worked as Sustainability Lead for a Boston-based residential construction firm. Elizabeth has an MBA and Masters of Environmental Management from Yale University and a BA in Environmental Policy with a minor in Economics from Colby College.
