Dr. Curtis M. Johnson '75 is a practicing dentist in private practice and is recently retired from the New York State Department of Correctional Services (NYSDOCS). While serving the department he was a Certified Situation Controller (known better as the Hostage Negotiator). He retired as Senior Trainer and Senior Hostage Negotiator. As trainer, he specialized in numerous topics like "How to Handle Difficult People", "How to Handle the Angry and Emotional Personality" and perfected skills in counteracting Verbal Dirty Fighting as well as in Conflict Resolution. 

He shared his experiences in Diamond 122 on Thursday, November 4 at 7PM.
