Dr. Ying Bao, Assistant Professor of Chinese language and literature at University of Nevada
Professor Ying Bao teaches Chinese language, literature and culture at University of Nevada Las Vegas. Her research focuses on the history and criticism of Chinese film, relationship between arts and politics, comedy studies, as well as oral performance and folk tradition. Her articles on film comedy in the early People’s Republic of China can be found in Modern Chinese Literature and Culture and Asian Cinema. |
