To the Colby Community:In my e-mail message to the campus on Friday, I said that I would update you on the work of the independent investigator Colby has retained, Ralph Martin.
Mr. Martin is on campus and has begun meeting with students, staff, and faculty members. Since his work is just beginning, I'm unable to be precise about his schedule or about the duration of his investigation. But in any case, as an independent consultant, he will decide which interviews he will conduct, and my office will serve primarily to assist with logistics.
I will be in touch with the community as updates are warranted.
