New Moon Rising is a college-funded feminist magazine at Colby College in Waterville, Maine.

The bi-yearly magazine was started in the 1992-1993 school year, when three students decided that such a forum was needed at Colby. New Moon Rising continues to grow with the unending support of students, faculty, and administrators.
