Last spring ITS implemented a new Support Center ticketing tool named TeamDynamix. This new tool allows ITS to better record, track, and report on issues and requests submitted to the Support Center.
This change did not affect how the Colby community requests support. You can still e-mail email@example.com, call x4222, or stop into 146 Lovejoy.
The e-mail message you receive from the Support Center has changed. Below are two screenshots, the first is how messages will appear in your inbox, the second is what the body of the new e-mail will show.
