The Secretary/Receptionist processes all service requests that come into the department, over the phone, on the radio, through email or via the web request form. These requests generate over 23,000 work orders each year for our computerized facility management system.

The Purchasing Technician and the Accounting Technician administer the procurement of over $4 million annually in maintenance materials and services, as well as managing payroll, uniforms and other duties.

The Stockroom Manager maintains a well-stocked maintenance storeroom, handles shipping and receiving and produces signs for use throughout the campus.
