Below you will find details and RSVP links for several professional development opportunities (May 21-22), culminating with the Faculty Retreat on May 23rd.  As you well know, our student body is changing quickly and all of our students deserve to feel fully included in our classrooms.  The institution of a “Faculty Development Week” is meant to provide you easy opportunities to enhance your knowledge around a variety of pedagogical subjects.  Inclusive pedagogy workshops on the 21st will be offered by Bianca Williams and Frank Tuitt (bios below), and a variety of valuable workshops will be offered by members of Colby’s Faculty Development Collaborative on the 22nd.  Please take a minute to check out what is being offered; it’s an impressive lineup.   Contact Carleen Mandolfo if you have any questions.
