You may submit a proposal using one of the standard forms that are accessible from the links shown here. If you do not think your proposed research fits well into one of these forms, you are free to use your own format. It may still be helpful, however, to look at these forms to get an idea of the kinds of information that are helpful to the IRB. Whatever form you use, please submit your proposal in electronic form to the IRB Chair (Thane Pittman - tpittman@colby.edu).
