8/1/03: SOFTWARE LIBRARY MOVED: AS OF SUMMER 2003, THE SOFTWARE LIBRARY HAS BEEN MOVED ONTO THE GENERAL SERVER- TO GET TO IT, CONNECT TO THE GENERAL SERVER AND OPEN THE SOFTWARE LIBRARY FOLDER

IF YOU HAVE ANY OLD SHORTCUTS TO THE SOFTWARE LIBRARY, THROW THEM AWAY AND RECONNECT.

"Voice Mail" Mass Messaging: if an event such as a widespread network outage occurs, our Support Center technicians will record a voice message. Depending on the severity of the problem, the message will be distributed to every department secretary or every faculty & staff member's voice mail. If you're having network problems, PLEASE
a) check to see if your message light is blinking &
b)check with your department secretary
