PLEASE NOTE: Currently software is found on the General Server, the Software Library, and from ITS staff. As soon as possible, ITS hopes to have all downloads from this web site. New campus licenses allow all members (faculty, staff, and students) of the Colby community access to the Office Suite, EndNote 7, ArcGis, and Sophos.

Standard Software installations on all Colby-owned computers with the silver and blue sticker - "CCID number" -includes all lab computers.

This software receives full support for operational and troubleshooting questions. In depth questions in response to unusual problems may require extra research time. For questions about other software support levels at Colby see the guidelines.
