Responsibilities include: developing and coordinating the Colby Ambassador program in a supervisory role for ambassadors. The executive board member will cooperate with and support fellow board members to oversee campus visits and programming for hosts and prospective students. This student will manage the semester schedules and ensure coverage and accountability for Lunch Visits, Aspirations tours, Social Media contributions, Experience Colby assignments, including Overnight Hosting, and On-campus events, in addition to other duties as assigned. This individual must be able to work well with current students, assisting the recruitment in Student Ambassadors and hosts. The executive board member also must be able to communicate well with prospective student
Executive Board Members must be able to work well independently and with others. Successful candidates must have extremely strong organizational and communication skills. The student must be comfortable speaking in front of both large and small groups of people. Competitive applicants have broad experiences at Colby both socially and academically. Attention to detail is critical and experience working with and leading student groups is preferred.
