|Department:   College Advancement - Annual Giving
The mission of Phonathon is to build positive relationships with alumni, parents, and friends of the College while securing donations for Colby's future. As a student Phonathon caller, you will be responsible for directly contacting alumni, and parents ofcurrent and former students. Responsibilities include conducting thank you calls, requesting and securing financial support for the Colby Fund, answering questions about Colby, and updating contact information.
Students are required to work a min. of 2 shifts per week. Operates: October - November and February - April; Sunday - Thursday. Sunday from 4:00-6:00 PM and during the week the shift is from 6:30-8:30 PM. Students must complete mandatory training workshops prior to working. Training will be held in early-mid September. Note there is a strict attendance policy.
