Event Planning Intern
Department:   College Advancement - Colby Fund Level:   III
Duties:

Assists in planning parent and alumni engagement and cultivation events including Family Homecoming Weekend, President's Weekend, and Alumni Reunion. Duties include tracking of RSVPs for events as well as responding to questions received by both phone and e-mail regarding events. Data entry and other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:

Have an interest in development and or event planning and management. Student must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft office Suite, particularly Excel and ability to multi-task, identify and meet deadlines, complete tasks quickly, efficiently, and to specification. Ability to contribute individually as well as a member of a team
