Planned Giving - Office Asst.
Department:   College Advancement - Planned Giving Level:   II
Duties:

Assisting the Admin. Secretary with special projects involving the following tasks: Collection of data from confidential files, analysis of data, creation of spreadsheets and other documents, as well as file purging. Preparation of itineraries, maps and coherent directions for Gift Officers travel packets. Scanning of documents and photographs as needed. Additional general office duties as assigned; will occasionally provide assistance to other departments within College Relations.
 
Qualifications:

Reliability, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Computer, typing and communication skills. Must maintain the confidentiality of this Division and project a pleasant disposition.
