Assisting the Admin. Secretary with daily office operations including, but not limited to, the following tasks: Retrieving mail and packages, photocopying and faxing, confidential filing and shredding, stuffing envelopes, PC data entry including scanningof documents to constituent records. Additional general office duties as assigned; will occasionally provide assistance to other departments within College Advancement.
Reliability, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.Computer, typing and communication skills. Must maintain the confidentiality of the Division and project a pleasant disposition.
