Office Clerk - Planned Giving
Department:   College Advancement - Planned Giving Level:   I
Duties:

Assisting the Admin. Secretary with daily office operations including, but not limited to, the following tasks: Retrieving mail and packages, photocopying and faxing, confidential filing and shredding, stuffing envelopes, PC data entry including scanningof documents to constituent records. Additional general office duties as assigned; will occasionally provide assistance to other departments within College Advancement.
 
Qualifications:

Reliability, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Computer, typing and communication skills. Must maintain the confidentiality of the Division and project a pleasant disposition.
