Assistant -VP. College Relations
Department:   College Advancement Level:   II
Duties:

Assisting the Administrative Secretary to the Vice President with various special projects. These can consist of preparing information for travel, researching and collecting information, analysis of data, creation of documents and spreadsheets, data entry into confidential files, preparing mailings, preparing documents, and shredding confidential files. Additional general office duties as needed and assigned. Will occasionally be asked provide assistance to other departments in our division.
 
Qualifications:

A returning student with Clerk knowledge. Must have work experience with data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel. Reliability, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are necessary. Confidentiality in this position is critical.
