ColbyCard Services Assistants provide support to the ColbyCard Manager. Assistants are required to understand the purpose of the college ColbyCard transaction system and help educate our users about how to best make use of its features. Assistants will also diagnose user problems and help solve the issue. Task include, but are not limited to, customer service, data collection and card printing. Assistants will be encouraged to answer basic Student Employment questions as they become qualified.
This position requires excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills utilizing an outgoing personality. Attention to detail is necessary, as is being dependable. Assistants should be able to work well with minimum supervision and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
