CDA - Career Development Ambassadors - Programming will present workshops on topics such as resume and cover letter writing, use of various key career resource tools, first-year Colby Connect workshops, etc. CDA will be expected to present programs to a variety of student audiences throughout the academic year, including evenings and weekends. They will also act as ambassadors to employers that visit campus and host evening information sessions. Opportunities will also be available to create new programs and contribute to larger department events.
Seeking student who works well with team members and has the ability to learn quickly and able to explain complex information using excellent written and spoken communication skills. Attention to detail while meeting deadlines to complete projects with an appropriate degree of creativity and comfort taking on the role of teaching peers. Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel.
