|Department:   Dining Services
Works with the dining sustainability team to help develop and institute sustainability initiatives within Dining Services. Participates in developing training sessions for frontline staff to teach them about the importance of sustainability and how to properly execute Dining Services sustainability initiatives. Works as a liaison between students and dining staff to share ideas and information pertaining to sustainability in Dining Services.
A student must have an interest in environmental awareness with an outgoing personality and desire to help develop an innovative environmental program within Dining Services. The student must possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Must be a self-starter and work well with minimal supervision.
