Work with Civic Engagement Office and the Americorp *VISTA to develop and implement a civic leadership training program. Deliver the training to Civic Engagement Student staff. Provide oversight and organizational support to student staff, and provide operational support.
Excellent communication skills (writing, interpersonal relations), ability to work without direct supervision (self-directed), articulate, good organizational and telephone skills, ability to work with the community. Must be self-directed and deadline driven. Solid knowledge of community activism/organizing and/or civic engagement.
