|LRC Media Specialist |

Supervise the progress of LRC multimedia development projects. Work as a member of a design team with other Specialists, the Technical Coordinator, and the Center Director. Attend weekly meetings. Fulfill faculty LRC lab, equipment, and materials requests if possible, reporting requests/problems to Director if necessary. Operate and troubleshoot audio and video recording, dubbing, and digital conversion equipment. In addition to the software expertise required of an LRC Assistant, the Media Specialist should be familiar with as many of the following applications as possible: Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Final Cut, HTML Graphic Design Audio and video CODEC's Actively develop a multimedia skillset and help team members.
Dependable. Completion of at least one semester as an LRC Assistant, having demonstrated adequate proficiency in software applications. Equivalent experience can substitute for prior LRC work history. Willingness to train and acquire proficiency in multimedia software applications. Interest in graphic design.
