Provides front-line support for students, staff, and faculty. Supporting students, staff and faculty on campus connecting to the Colby network, removing viruses, removing spyware, installing software, troubleshooting classroom equipment, updating information in our tracking system, and answering general computer questions pertaining to Macintosh and Windows. Viewing Lynda.com videos and training material on Moodle.
Must be hardworking, dependable, motivated, have good communication/customer service skills, able to troubleshoot computer problems, works well during stressful times and willing to learn about computers. Good with details and problem-solving. Experience with Macintosh/Windows applications helpful, but will train.
