|Customer Service Assistant |
|Department:   Libraries Customer Service and Adm.
The assistant works with the Library Manager processing reserves. Assist with the creation of workplace procedure documentation web and or print. Daily tasks include checking and responding to Customer Service e-mail inquiries. In response to the check, billing notices the assistant will look up material prices and updating in a timely manner so that library bills reflect real prices and other duties as assigned.
No first-year students. Punctuality and attention to detail are a must as is the ability to work responsibly when staff is not present. Students must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, be familiar with the campus, and have the ability to move largepackages. Minimum of 6 hours per week; maximum of 12 hours. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
