|Library Staff Clerk - Marketing |
|Department:   Libraries Customer Service and Admin.
Marketing Clerk performs administrative duties to support the marketing goals of the libraries. For example, they make photocopies, help assemble sales and marketing proposals, distribute marketing materials to employees and customers. Other duties include staffing registration tables at events, putting together shipments, formatting mailing lists, submitting internal web requests and forms and formatting newsletters. Assist with designing advertising for library events and services. Research other libraries with successful branding or design systems. Other duties as assigned.
Familiarity or interest to learn using software to complement interest in photography, graphic design and excellent proofreading skills.
