Library Clerk
Department:   Libraries Collections Management Level:   I
Duties:

The Library Clerk will retrieve materials for the campus delivery service, prepare them and then deliver them to faculty offices as well as pick up from the remote book drop and retrieve books from the Diamond Book drop. Under the direction of the administrative assistant do filing, inventory and stock office supplies, and other general office work. The Library Clerk will assist with library hosted events including set up and take down of rooms and participation in planning and implementing of events.
 
Qualifications:

Essential qualities include dependable, accurate and careful attention to detail. Minimum 5 hours per week.
