|Department:   Facilities and Campus Planning
File work orders and other documents as directed. Create files and documents required for residence hall facilities record-keeping. Assist Project Management staff on a variety of duties including filing, copying, research, writing small reports, etc. This position is best-suited for a student with strong organizational skills.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required. Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and/or graphics programs a plus. Available to work 10-12 hours weekly between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm, M-F. Must be reliable, responsible, organized, and professional. Ability to work independently without specific direction on routine work as well as on occasional assigned special projects.
