DOF Ad Coordinator
Department:   Vice Presidents' Office Level:   III
Duties:

Responsible for faxing ad information to Advance Notice or any other ad agency. Determine which groups should get the ad and then do the mailing. Responsible for forwarding ad to our other mailing lists. Maintain an ad file and document to track ads. The job also entails updating the web page with ads, filing, making new filing system and rearranging storage areas, photocopying, answering the phone, shredding and making appointments.
 
Qualifications:

Organizational and interpersonal skills. Should be familiar with fax machines and possess knowledge of or a willingness to learn FileMaker Pro. Typing and basic office skills.
