Department:   Women's Services Level:   II
Duties:

Record and keep track of all incoming affirmative action and equal opportunity employment cards, filing and maintaining confidentiality on files pertaining to current searches; create and maintain the database to produce a yearly report on EEO/AA hiring information.
 
Qualifications:

Must be detail oriented, use Filemaker Pro, be able to work on your own without supervision; be accurate and maintain the confidentiality of information. Previous office experience a plus.
