Housing Information

Accommodations for registrants are available in the campus residence halls in private rooms.

Rooms are assigned on the basis of the date we receive a housing application; therefore, early registration is suggested. If you have a disability, please advise us in your registration.

For attendees staying on campus, the lodging fee includes three daily meals, use of campus amenities, and a Down East lobster bake. (If you plan to live off campus, you can attend the lobster bake for a fee by registering separately.)
The rate for a single room is $990 and $890 for a double (shared with another course attendee). Rooms are also available for $99 per night or at a weekly rate of $500 for six nights.

For the first time in 2019, Colby is offering its new Alfond Commons, air-conditioned, apartment-style housing, to Maine Orthopedic Review attendees. The fee is $1190.

Wireless Internet is available throughout campus and in downtown Waterville.

Maid service, pillows, linen, blankets, and towels are provided.

Participants will be billed a fee of $50 for lost room keys.
