Deposits

Any money earned by your club or organization must be deposited into your club or organization account. Off-campus bank accounts are not permitted. Maintaining an off-campus bank account may cause your organization to lose official college recognition and funding.

DO NOT keep an organization's cash or checks in your residence hall rooms, as it risks being lost or stolen. For safe keeping, please give cash/checks to the SGA/SPB/PCB Treasurer for immediate deposit.
