Obtain a Club Budget
|
Obtaining a Budget Once your organization charter has been submitted and your organization has been recognized as an official Colby College organization (see section on starting a club), you should submit a "Budget Request Form" on or before the spring due-date. Your request will be reviewed by the SGA Treasurer, who will make an allocation in September based on the club's activity during the prior year. New clubs will likely receive a very modest budget for their "pilot" year. DEADLINE: The budget request forms will be available in the spring, typically March, for all clubs for the following academic year.
