Blue Lights is a student-run male a cappella singing group. The Blue Lights perform both on and off campus throughout the year, often hosting singing groups from other schools. The Blue Lights are a group of fun-loving guys with an urge to entertain. Their repertoire ranges from oldies to contemporary rock. Auditions are held each fall.
Broadway Musical Revue (BMR)

Broadway Musical Revue (BMR) is a student-led, cabaret style production that puts on a show comprised of songs from different musicals every semester. We sing, we dance, we make people laugh… it’s always a great time! Musicals that we’ve used in the past include RENT, West Side Story, A Chorus Line, Spring Awakening, and so many more! Love and sparkles!

The Colby Eight is a student-run male a cappella singing group. The Colby Eight performs both on and off campus throughout the year. The repertoire consists primarily of traditional barbershop music and arrangements of contemporary music. Auditions are held each fall.

Founded in 1951, the Colbyettes are Colby’s oldest all female acapella group! The “ettes” sing a variety of different music genres and arrange most of their songs by themselves. They rehearse in Bixler about three times each week and have one final concert each semester. They also try to perform as often as they can!
EVE (Everything Vocal Ensemble)

EVE (Everything Vocal Ensemble) is an all-female a cappella group that sings a little bit of everything, from christmas carols to pop hits to songs in other languages to 80s rock and roll. We perform at a cappella samplers throughout the fall and spring, at campus events and performances, and have our own concert at the end of each season.
