The Colby Volunteer Center and the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life are partnering to offer a new program, Lives of Purpose. Lives of Purpose is a first year program for students interested in service and reflection on what it means to live a life of purpose.
The Lives of Purpose community engages a select group of first-year students in intentional reflection on issues of social justice, ethical and spiritual commitments, and the integration of values with work.
These students actively participate in weekly service work as part of a small group at one of several local partners devoted to food security in Central Maine, and meet regularly to ponder big questions and deep community.
