This Web help site has been created to attempt to address the *volumes* of Web issues at Colby. We have been working hard to create systems and organize how Colby goes about developing its Web site. It contains Colby-specific guidelines and information and general information and resources for the Web. We hope this site will be the major resource for developers of Colby's Web site and we will be updating this site frequently. Check out who we are to see the brains behind the madness. Then, click on the links to get the information you need.

Some changes:
Web Development
If you need have a Web project that you would like to see done (involving ITS or Communications), you must now fill out a Web Project Proposal form. Someone will review your project and get in touch with you. See also a sample Web project timeline.

Access to the Server
If you need permissions to access a personal or department site, please fill out the Web permissions form.

General Errors
If you have a general question, need to report errors, or are really stuck with trying to get some changes made, please fill out the error/bug form. (Please note: This will not automatically fix the problem.)

Colby Graphic, Writing, and Web Standards
Some Web, graphic, and navigation standards have been instituted to visually unite all of our different sites. This includes some HTML coding standards. Please review the material and use them when redesigning or making changes to your site. Also, please remember to use the Colby Writing Style Guide when composing content for your site.
