Requesting Access

If you need access to a department site or want to request a new department directory you must fill out the request form. Students who need access to department or administrative sites will need permission from the faculty and should have the faculty sponsor fill out the form.

If you want to activate your personal directory, you must also fill out a personal page form).

Permission is not granted to non-Colby members at any time.

Web Projects
All Web projects requiring support from ITS or Communications should be submitted via the Web form. If you are unclear whether a project you have in mind will require our assistance, please fill out the form anyway and we will be in touch with you.

The Process
1. Fill out the form.
2. Proposals will be prioritized and scheduled based on each project's potential benefit to the Colby community, its technical and support time requirements, and other jobs in the queue.
3. An initial meeting with Communications and ITS to discuss your project in detail may be needed.
4. When/if approved, staff time will be assigned and work will begin in consultation with you.
