CRITERIA FOR CROSS-LISTING OF COURSESFaculty interested in cross-listing a course with the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program must submit a course description and a syllabus to the WGSS program director for review and approval by the Coordinating Committee. Courses cross-listed with WGSS reflect and acquaint students with recent feminist scholarship on women, gender, sexuality, and/or feminist theory, and encourage students to critically examine cultural assumptions about gender and sexuality through a variety of lenses, such as race, ethnicity, class, nationality, and religious heritage. |
