Sheehan featured in Colby Magazine

Associate Professor of Art, Tanya Sheehan, is featured in the spring 2015 issue of Colby Magazine. The article on Sheehan, accessible here, considers the ways in which she blurs the lines between art and science in her research and teaching. Of particular note is her popular course, AR/ST252: Medicine and Visual Culture, which attracts students from across the college, including many pre-meds and science majors. The course is just one of many ways in which Art faculty are building interdisciplinary bridges across the humanities, sciences, and social sciences.
