Before completing this form, ensure that you have followed the instructions and guidelines for Honors Research in Chemistry. Please attach your thesis introduction as a Microsoft Word document. It will be shared with your mentor and reader, who will then make a recommendation to the Department. This submission must be made on or before noon on the Monday following the last day of fall semester classes.
