Support CUSRR
Research opportunities at Colby provide students with in-depth, relevant experience that positions them for success in their post-college lives. With the support of donors like you, Colby students work with faculty members on meaningful research projects in almost every discipline, and their collaborations often result in presentations and publications. One of the best showcases of the breadth of student research at Colby is the Colby Undergraduate Summer Research Retreat, a two-day symposium and retreat in The Forks, Maine, featuring student talks and poster presentations on a wide variety of topics.
The organizers of CUSRR are grateful to President David A. Greene, Provost Margaret McFadden, and the entire Colby College administration for their generous support of this event.
We would also like to acknowledge our external benefactors, whose gifts have secured an endowment that will ensure the future of CUSRR. Awards are given to students each year in honor of the generosity of Gregory Pomeroy ’81, William Koster ’66, and John Chahbazi.
How You Can Help
The ability to offer funded research opportunities to students is part of how Colby attracts the most-qualified students regardless of their families’ financial circumstances. You can be a part of that effort by using the link below to make a secure gift in support of summer research and CUSRR.
