Mailings
Mailings take time: Clients are responsible for any mailings and for providing the proper postal indicia on printed matter. Allow 2-3 weeks after printing to cover delivery to a mail house, processing, and time until delivery. Mailing lists and labels need to be coordinated and checks to pay postage need to be prepared in advance (and Communications handles neither function). For invitations, recipients should receive mailings with appropriate lead time 2 weeks, or more if RSVP is required.
