Borthwick installs sculpture in Scotland

Assistant Professor of Art Bradley Borthwick installed site-specific sculpture at Borthwick Castle, Scotland in September 2016. Borthwick received funding from both the Canada Council for the Arts and the Humanities Division at Colby to fabricate and install his new project, Flodden: The Mote of Locherwart. This work investigates the history of the landscape surrounding Borthwick castle and his own family ancestry in the feudal structures of 16th-century Scotland.
