Mitchell exhibits at ICON Contemporary Art

ICON Contemporary Art’s 2015 season opens on May 2 with a two-person show featuring the work of Garry Mitchell (Associate Professor of Art) and Henry Wolyniek. Garry Mitchell will exhibit monotypes and alkyd on canvas or panel paintings. Like Wolyniek, Mitchell deals with abstraction and is noted for his skillful use of color. This is their first show together.

Please join the artists for a reception to open the exhibition on Saturday, May 2, from 4 to 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served, and all are welcome free of charge. The show continues through May 30. Gallery Hours are weekdays 1-5 p.m. and Saturdays 1-4 p.m.
