2011 season highlights: Dunn was a top-seven runner for the Mules and made the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team. She was 10th at the Maine State meet, 27th at the NESCAC event, 51st and third among Colby runners at the NCAA regional meet, fifth in the junior/senior race against Bates, 15th at the Bowdoin meet, 58th at Williams, and 101st at the Open New England Championships. 2010 season highlights: Claire took 60th place at the NCAA New England Region meet, 36th at the NESCAC event, 10th at the state meet after finishing 50th the previous year, 119th at the Open New England meet, 52nd at Williams, 11th at Pineland Farms, and sixth in the sophomore/senior race against Bates. Dunn was on the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team. 2009 season highlights: Dunn placed third in a Colby event with mostly younger runners. She also was 50th at the state meet and 116th at NESCAC's. At Colby: Claire double majors in International Studies and Government...she volunteers with Colby Cares About Kids...she is a committee chair for the Goldfarb Student Advisory Board...Colby Career Center Career Development Advisor...she worked in summer of 2010 in the City of Middletown District Attorney's office. Before Colby: Ran cross country, indoor, and outdoor track at Middletown High School...named class Salutatorian...recognized for all-conference, all-state, and All-East teams...also earned all-academic recognition.
